Fabuleaf went above and beyond my expectations by a country mile. From ordering.. which was as easy as “click click.. clicking my way to satisfaction”. From checking out to the email confirmation.
I received my order ahead of schedule (in 1/2 the time, Florida to California). I know this can be the luck of the draw since there are so many entities involved in its travels.. and it’s no longer the “before times” (pre-Covid). But they pulled it off. It was a small order yet they treated it like it was important (BIG) IMHO. That’s called under-promising & over-delivering. Being a Boomer.. I know what customer service is and use to be. 10 points: fabuleaf!
The only thing that could have made this even slightly better is if I was offered a free Concord flight to the Virgin Islands. OK, I don’t get out much. Wait, and I’ve just been told that the Concord was retired? Well. in that case it WAS THE PERFECT ORDER. Who needs to be probed at the airport anyways.. :Oo
I shall return! And if I get half the satisfaction of this 1st order on subsequent orders, I will be a very happy person indeed.

I didn’t review how the item worked for me as this is something that is just out of a vendors control. Like trying to guarantee that someone will like a piece of music or a certain color… Job #1 was getting it to me.. and they SUCCEEDED WONDERFULLY.
I can say that the packaging, presentation and detail of everthing was 101% above my expecations.. Top notch.. A new gold standard.. Just down right neat!
