DIY CBD Mango Smoothie Ingredients

  • Mango nectar – 1 ½ cups (or any juice)
  • Banana – 1 (cut in half)
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt – ¾ cup
  • Frozen mango chunks – 1 ½ cups
  • fabuleaf full-spectrum CBD oil  – 5mg (½ dropper from a 300mg bottle)
  • Mint leaves and lime slices – for garnishing 

Make Your Own Directions

  1. Start by adding mango chunks, yogurt, banana, and mango nectar in the blender. 
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth. 
  3. Add CBD oil.
  4. Blend again. 
  5. Toss in some ice cubes and blend once more until the mixture is smooth. 
  6. Pour into glasses and garnish.

Voila! A refreshing and relaxing CBD infused mango smoothie is ready to be devoured. To add in some heat, top the smoothie with some crushed red pepper flakes.
