  • Eggs – 2 (large)
  • Granulated sugar – ¼ cup

  1. Take a large bowl and mix granulated sugar and eggs. Beat the mixture on high for about three to four minutes until it is thick and fluffy

  3. Drizzle the heavy cream in the whipped eggs slowly using the beaters on low speed. Make sure you go slow, or else the eggs will scramble
  4. Once done, pour this mixture in the pan and cook over low heat
  5. Keep on stirring until the mixture thickens. It usually takes about five to eight minutes. Use a thermometer to check the temperature; be sure not to go past 150°F. Adjust the heat accordingly. In case the mixture overheats, run it through a mesh strainer to remove the lumps
  6. Remove the pan from the heat
  7. Stir the chocolate chips and add in the CBD oil mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined
  8. Place it in the fridge for three to four hours or until it thickens
  9. In a bowl, beat the whipped cream until it forms soft peaks
  10. Fold the whipped cream into the mousse slowly until combined
  11. Refrigerate for an hour or so and serve

  • Cassava flour – 1 ¼ cups

Wet Ingredients:

  • Coconut Milk – ½ cup

Frosting Ingredients:


  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F
  2. Lightly grease a baking pan and set it aside
  3. Combine warm water and flax in a small bowl to make a flax egg. Set it aside to let is gel 
  4. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well 
  5. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk them
  6. Start adding the dry ingredients slowly in the wet ingredients bowl. Gently stir the mixture until it is thoroughly combined
  7. Use a donut pan to make the donuts or shape them with your hands and place them on the greased pan
  8. Put the pan in the oven for 15 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown. Insert a toothpick in one of the donuts to check if it is cooked
  9. Take them out of the oven and leave them to cook
  10. While the donuts are cooling, use a double boiler to heat the coconut butter.
  11. Once it is fully melted, add the CBD oil
